1. Services Provided

• 1.1 Sukhada Farms delivers fresh, traceable, and ethically sourced milk directly from farms to your home.
• 1.2 We also operate referral and loyalty programs, breed traceability reports, and community services such as milk stalls and testing centers where applicable.
• 1.3 Services are available only in locations where Sukhada Farms operates. Delivery coverage may change without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

• 2.1 You must create an account on our app or website to access services.
• 2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 2.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) for order fulfillment and traceability.
• 2.4 Sukhada Farms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

3. Orders, Delivery & Payment

• 3.1 Orders are processed based on subscription plans or one-time purchase options available in the app.
• 3.2 Delivery timelines depend on location, weather, and operational constraints. Delays will be communicated where possible.
• 3.3 Payments must be made through approved methods (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.). Subscription orders require advance payment.
• 3.4 All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as displayed in the app at checkout).
• 3.5 In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or restricted access to delivery location, Sukhada Farms is not liable for replacement or refund.

4. Product Quality & Traceability.

• 4.1 Every milk bottle is batch-tagged for quality control and transparency.
• 4.2 Breed health checks and milk quality tests are conducted regularly as part of our Farm-to-Home process.
• 4.3 Customers may access test reports and breed details via the app.
• 4.4 In case of quality concerns, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery through our support channels

5. Referral & Loyalty Programs

• 5.1 Participation in the Refer & Earn and Milestone Achievements programs is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• 5.2 Sukhada Farms may reject referrals that do not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., duplicate accounts, inactive subscriptions).
• 5.3 Loyalty rewards (cashback, complimentary bottles, merchandise) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified.
• 5.4 Fraudulent activity or misuse of referral codes may result in disqualification from programs and termination of account.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• 6.1 Subscription cancellations can be made through the app before the daily cut-off time.
• 6.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• 6.3 Due to the perishable nature of milk, returns are not accepted unless there is a verified quality or delivery issue.

7. Your Responsibilities

• 7.1 Not misuse or tamper with milk bottles or batch tags.
• 7.2 Return reusable PET bottles in good condition for recycling or reuse.
• 7.3 Provide safe and accessible delivery points for our staff.
• 7.4 Use the product before the recommended consumption date.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 While we maintain high-quality standards, Sukhada Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• 8.2 Our liability in any case will not exceed the value of the product delivered on the specific day of dispute.
